EDUCATE EQUALITY – TWINS (our 2nd PSA!)
A special thank you to Alexandra and Caroline Paul for sharing their story. It’s been proven time after time that nothing breaks down the resistance to equality more than knowing someone who has been discriminated against simply because of their sexuality. So many people feel that they know Alexandra from having seen her on their televisions, and this very personal story from the both of them is going to really hit home.
If you believe in equality and the right to marry the person you love, please make a donation of any size to help us spread the message all over the state and, hopefully, the rest of the country as well. We have a 30-second version of this spot that is ready to hit the airwaves…we just need to be able to buy the air time. Your tax-deductible donation will help us do that.
(If you want to make a donation but don’t have a PayPal account, click here and use the “Don’t Have a PayPal Account” option on the lower left-hand side of that page.)
Here is ALLorNotAtAll’s first PSA.  Get To Know Us First has a program called Get To Know Us First In Faith that they are sending out to thousands of faith-based organizations in California. They have included our spot as part of their education program and we are both excited and flattered. This is exactly why we set out to Educate Equality!
A big thank you to the cast and crew who participated for free and to the
“brain trust” that helped put it together, including members of other
organizations…Billy Pollina, David John Fleck, Frank Voci, Tina
Scorzafava (who also directed and helped produce the spot), and Woody
Schultz (who co-produced the spot for us). Thank you also to The
Courage Campaign for their tremendous support…we are happy to support
them as they share our belief that grassroots work is what is going to
win equality for everyone across the country.
CAST: John Ainsworth, Madonna Cacciatore, Johan Baumeister, Tia Kearnes, Chane’t Johnson, Arthur Whang, Rev. James Boline (Pastor, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Santa Monica).
And thanks to all of YOU and your support! Please spread the video around on your pages…this is how we begin to Educate Equality.
